Day 1 Yangon – Golden Rock

Early Morning (~4 hours) drive to base camp of
Kyaikhtiyo, Continue by ferry car to visit the
incomprehensible “Kyaikhtiyo pagoda” and it’s environ.

Watch memorable sunset and after glow from the summit of
the hill

Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Golden Rock – Hpa An - Mawlamyine

After breakfast, down a step path about 4.km descending
from the Golden Rock by foot.

Join the journey by open truck car to the "KIM PUN "
Base camp.
-
Upon arrival at the base camp, transfer to Mawlamyine.
On the way sightseeing at Hpa An such as Zwe Gabin and Shwe
Yin Myaw Pagoda.

Overnight at hotel at Mawlamyine.

Day 3 Mawlamyine -Thanbyuzayat - Mawlamyine

Breakfast at hotel and visit Kyaikkhami pagoda site in
the sea, continue to Thanbyuzayat, observe notorious Death
Railway of WW II cemetery containing more than 3,000 graves
of Allied POWs who toiled on the Death Railway connecting
Thailand and Myanmar.

Return to Mawlamyaing via Mudon with traditional weaving
industries.

Excursion a newly built huge reclining Buddha can be
seen en route.

Overnight the hotel at Mawlamyine.

Day 4 Mawlamyine - Kyaikhto

After breakfast, full day sightseeing in and around
Mawlamyine, is an attractive, green, tropical town with
groups of stupas capped hills on the other side of the sea.

Visit the local market and sightseeing continues with
the Mahamuni Pagoda, Kyaikthanlan Pagoda (known as the
Kipling Pagoda) and Seindon Mibaya Kyaung, where King
Mindon's wife sought refuge.

These religious buildings are all situated on a mountain
range from where beautiful sunsets can be observed.

Drive to Kyaikhto and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 Kyaik Hto – Bago - Yangon

After breakfast return to Yangon, On the way return
sightseeing in Bago.

Bago is an ancient capital of a former Mon kingdom
dating back to the 6th century.
-
Sightseeing in Bago includes the beautiful 55-meter long
reclining Buddha, Shwethalyaung, and the Mon style
Shwemawdaw Pagoda, one of the most venerated in Myanmar.
Also visit the well-restored former palace Kambozathadi.
-
After that, take a walk around the colourful Bago
Market.

On the way back to Yangon, visit the Allied War Cemetery
near Htaukkyan, the final resting place for over 27,000
allied soldiers.

Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
